Rising Stars Series

Title Sponsor

In return for your support of the Rising Stars Series; the Sponsor will receive the following;

  • The series will be called the Sponsor Rising Stars Series and will be referred to as such on all Grand Rapids Symphony materials.

  • The Sponsor will receive ten complimentary tickets for each concert night for a season total of 140. (Value: $2,890)

  • The Sponsor will receive the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at a 30% discount, pending availability.

  • The Sponsor will be recognized as the title sponsor from stage at all Sponsor Rising Stars concerts.

  • The Sponsor will receive a full-page, four-color advertisement in four volumes of the DeVos Performance Hall program book opposite the program page for each concert. (Value: $4,265, Distribution: 100,000)

  • The Sponsor will receive recognition on the program page for the sponsored concert using the corporate logo. (Distribution: 100,000)

  • The Sponsor will be recognized in all four volumes of the Symphony’s regular season DeVos Performance Hall program book under the Corporate Council of a Thousand. (Distribution: 100,000)

  • Any media releases or print advertisements created by our marketing department for the sponsored concert will list the Sponsor or will display the Sponsor logo if space is available. Advertisements may appear in the Grand Rapids Press, On the Town and Grand Rapids Magazine.

  • Any special promotional mailings created by our marketing department to increase the sales of the Sponsor Rising Stars Series concert will recognize the Sponsor using name and corporate logo. (possible distribution: 9,000 households)

  • Signs at St. Cecelia’s Music Society during the event will recognize the Sponsor the series sponsor.

  • The Symphony’s season brochure will recognize the Sponsor as the title sponsor of the Sponsor Rising Stars Series, using text and/or corporate logo. (Distribution: 40,000)

  • The Symphony’s single ticket sales brochure will recognize the Sponsor as the title sponsor of the Sponsor Rising Stars Series using the corporate logo. (Distribution: 50,000)

  • The Symphony’s monthly fax cover sheet will advertise the Sponsor Rising Stars Series and recognize the title sponsor.

  • The Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide a 50-word, written testimonial and photo of choice representative to be featured in the DeVos Performance Hall regular season program book. (Distribution: 100,000)

  • The Sponsor will have the opportunity to host receptions after the Sponsor Rising Stars Series concerts at St. Cecelia Music Society.

  • The Symphony’s website, www.grsymphony.org, will recognize the Sponsor as the Sponsor Rising Stars Series sponsor and a member of the Symphony’s Corporate Council of a Thousands.

  • The Sponsor would receive the opportunity to work with Symphony’s marketing department to leverage your sponsorship dollars.

  • The Sponsor will have a subscription to and receive a listing throughout the season in the Symphony’s Newsletter “In Concert” as Corporate Council of a Thousand member. (Distribution: 23,000)

  • The Sponsor will be featured in all radio ads regarding the concert. (radio stations and artist management have the right to refuse this request)

Rising Stars

Concert Sponsorship

In return for your support of the Rising Stars Series at the Concert Sponsorship level; the Sponsor will receive the following;

  • The Sponsor will receive ten complimentary tickets for each sponsored concert. (Twenty tickets - Value: $560)

  • The Sponsor will receive the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at a 30% discount, pending availability.

  • The Sponsor will receive a full-page, black & white advertisement in the program book opposite the program page of the sponsored concert. (Value: $1050)

  • The Sponsor will be recognized on the program page using your corporate logo.

  • The Sponsor will be recognized in all four volumes of the Symphony’s regular season DeVos Performance Hall program book under the Corporate Council of a Thousand. (Distribution: 100,000)

  • Any print advertising purchased to promote the sponsored concert will acknowledge the Sponsor. Advertisements may appear in the Grand Rapids Press, On the Town and Grand Rapids Magazine.

  • All media releases regarding the sponsored Rising Stars concert will acknowledge the Sponsor as the concert sponsor.

  • Signs at St. Cecelia’s Music Society during the event will recognize the Sponsor as the concert sponsor.
